Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Austria: 2–3 business days. Germany & Switzerland: 3–5 business days. Rest of EU: 5–8 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. For full details, see our Shipping & Delivery page.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping applies to orders over €50 within Austria, €75 for Germany & Switzerland, and €100 for other EU countries.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, but please contact us as soon as possible at hello@lunira.at if you need to make a change. Once dispatched, changes are no longer possible, but you can return it under our return policy.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product?

Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us of a return. Unopened products in original packaging are eligible. Note that opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. For full details, see our Returns page.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The amount will be returned via the original payment method.

I received a damaged or wrong item — what do I do?

Please contact us at hello@lunira.at within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll sort it out quickly.

Products

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our formulas are developed with sensitivity in mind. We avoid harsh irritants and carefully select each ingredient. For a full ingredient list, check the product page or our Ingredients page.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. Lunira products are vegan and cruelty-free. We do not test on animals and use no animal-derived ingredients.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Each product has a best-before date on the packaging. After opening, refer to the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol (e.g. 12M = 12 months after opening).

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely via SSL.
