Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s everything you need to know about returning a product or exercising your right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG).

Withdrawal period: 14 days from the day you (or a person you designate) received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement (e.g. by email). You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Return Process

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, please send the goods back without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after your notification. The return address will be provided upon contact.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Items must be: unopened and in original condition, in the original packaging, and not used or partially consumed (opened cosmetics are exempt from right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons — see exceptions below).

Refund

We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receiving the returned goods.

Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery. This includes opened skincare, beauty, or personal care products.
  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@lunira.at within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Under Austrian law (ABGB §§ 922–933), you have a 2-year statutory warranty for goods that do not conform to the contract at the time of delivery.
