We ship from Austria across the EU. Below you’ll find everything about delivery times, shipping costs, and how to track your order.
Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order is dispatched. In accordance with Art. 18 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), we will deliver within 30 days of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All prices include VAT.
Shipping Partner
We ship with Österreichische Post (Austrian Post) and partner carriers for international deliveries. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Damaged Delivery
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please note this on the delivery receipt and contact us at hello@lunira.at within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos. Under Austrian and EU law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods arrive damaged or not as described.
Failed Delivery & Unclaimed Parcels
If a delivery attempt fails, your parcel will be held at a local pickup point. Unclaimed parcels returned to us will be refunded for the product cost, minus the original shipping fee.
